Your profile is the personal record of you — separate from your workspace (the business identity in Settings). Profile changes only affect your own sign-in and display; they don't touch invoices or workspace data.
Open Profile from the top-right of any app page.
Avatar
A square image that represents you across the app. PNG or JPEG, up to 1 MB.
- Used for: the avatar circle in the top-right header, future mentions in team activity.
- Not used for: your invoice logo — that's a workspace setting and is the same for every team member.
Click Upload avatar to pick a file. Click Remove to go back to initials.
Display name
The name that appears in the top-right of every app page. If you run your business under a different legal name, the two are unrelated — your business name is on every invoice, your display name is just how Kiralytics addresses you.
Updates take effect immediately on every page.
Read-only here. We don't support changing your sign-in email in-app yet because doing it safely requires sending a confirmation email to the new address and revoking the old one — both of which need transactional email infrastructure we haven't wired up yet.
Need to change your email? Email hello@kiralytics.com and we'll do it manually.
Password
Two fields: current password (for confirmation) and new password.
Rules (matching sign-up):
- At least 8 characters
- One lowercase letter
- One uppercase letter
- One number
After changing your password, you'll stay signed in on this device. Other devices where you're signed in are unaffected — change it there too if needed, or sign out from the header menu.
What's coming
Profile is intentionally minimal right now. When we ship the team plan, profile will also gain:
- Sessions — see every device you're signed in on, sign out remotely.
- Connected accounts — link Google or GitHub for one-tap sign-in.
- Two-factor authentication — TOTP, for users who want the extra lock.
