Kiralytics documentation

How to set up, use, and get the most out of Kiralytics.

The Account section is the boring one — it exists so the rest of the app can stay fun. If you break something here, every invoice pays for it.

Two pages make up your account:

  • Settings — the workspace identity. Business name, bank account, logo. Appears on every invoice you send. Same for every team member.
  • Profile — you as a user. Your display name, avatar, and password. Private to you.

Settings (workspace)

Open Settings. The page has five blocks:

  1. Team — placeholder for now. See Inviting your team for what's coming.
  2. Upload logo — PNG or JPEG, max 1 MB. Recommended ~400×200 px. Appears on every invoice. Stored inline in the database (no external hosting), so it can't 404.
  3. Business identity — name, SSM, address, contact details. Appears on every invoice.
  4. Bank account — holder name, bank name, account number. Appears in the "How to pay" footer of each invoice.
  5. Invoice defaults — default notes and terms pre-filled into every new invoice. You can override per invoice.

The whole settings page is a single form with one Save button — every field saves together.

Profile (you)

Open Profile to manage your avatar, display name, and password. Email changes aren't self-serve yet — see Your profile for why and what to do.

Security

  • Password — change it from Profile. Pick 8+ chars with upper, lower, and a digit.
  • Sessions — coming soon. Today there's no in-app session list. To sign out everywhere, change your password — it invalidates the existing session cookie.
  • Account deletion — coming soon. Soft-delete with a 30-day restore window; past invoices preserved per PDPA.

Workspaces and ownership

Today, every account is its own workspace. The Team card on Settings currently shows you as the only member — invites arrive when the team plan ships, and beta users will be grandfathered in with at least two free seats.

To hand off a workspace (say, selling the business): contact us. We do this manually because ownership transfer is rare and the UX around it is tricky.
